Cooking has never been my strong suit. There was a time when I couldn't even boil an egg. However, I have come to realize that cooking is an essential part of daily life, and I have slowly started to enjoy it in some way.
Recently, I have found a new way to enjoy cooking, which involves making videos or taking photos of my culinary creations. I find that this not only makes the process of cooking more enjoyable, but it also allows me to be more creative in the kitchen.
I must admit, though, that I tend to get bored following recipes, so I often let my imagination run wild and experiment with different ingredients and techniques. Unfortunately, this approach doesn't always yield the desired results, but it's all part of the learning process.
Dish No1
Chicken with carrots, orange, bell pepper, broccoli, and onion cut into thick slices.
It is also accompanied by various spices and orange juice.
Dish No2
Chicken breast (cooked with white wine), served with rice and vegetables such as corn, bell pepper, green beans, and peas.
As you can see, this particular dish is served with chopsticks and white wine.

He sliced it into small pieces, added salt, pepper, olive oil, and fresh rosemary, then baked them in the oven along with the mushrooms.
The dishes above are mine except for the last one, which belongs to my husband. However, I think that he enjoys cooking more than I do (and between us...), and he has taught me how to cook many dishes...
